An elegant detached residence has been modernised and refurbished. The refurbishment emphasis was based around family life and entertaining. Large floor to ceiling bi-folding doors in the new extension with a long skylight have helped to bring in an incredible amount of light. Every design detail is tailor-made to the client's requirement with beautiful oak wooden stairs and door panelling. It is a refurbishment of the highest standard and with outstanding results.
Ewell
This spacious 5 bedroom family home was a complete refurbishment project for a client with a design background requiring a very high specification finish throughout. Top quality materials were sourced and expert craftsmanship used to produce a beautiful home. The herringbone floor and a custom built kitchen with oak doors to finish is impressive; modern yet classic.
Clearview House, TW12
Tharai constructed this residential new build: two duplex, 3 bedroom maisonettes in Hampton. Under very restrictive conditions, the materials used and footprint of the work had to be strictly managed. A modern and unique property.
